Who I Work With
I work collaboratively with people from all walks of life, offering an open, non-judgemental space for you to explore your experiences. My particular areas of interest include:
- LGBTQ2IA* & Gender, Sex and Relationship diversity (GSRD)
- Neurodivergence – including BPD/EUPD, CPTSD, Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, ADD, and self-diagnosis.
- Complex trauma, low self-worth, anxiety, depression & stress
- Long-term health conditions, neurological conditions, carers, and navigating life transitions.
- Experiences of discrimination, bullying & abuse
That said, I have broad experience working with a wide range of issues—including grief, relationship struggles, workplace stress, loneliness, and self-exploration. Whatever you’re facing, this space is for you.
My Approach: A Space to Grow & Heal
Anti-Oppressive & Inclusive Practice
I am deeply committed to anti-oppressive, non-pathologising, and inclusive therapy. Many of life’s struggles come not from within, but from systemic issues—poverty, ableism, discrimination, racism, and minority stress. As a white, queer, neurodivergent therapist, I acknowledge my own privileges and work actively and continuously to listen, learn, and ensure our space is one of understanding, respect, and safety.
Qualifications & Continued Learning
I am qualified to the highest level available in the UK for counselling and psychotherapy practice and am committed to ongoing professional development.
- Master’s Degree (Distinction) – Counselling & Psychotherapy Practice
- Master’s Degree (High Merit) – Popular Music Studies
- Bachelor’s Degree (Upper 2:1 with Honours) – Psychology & Music
- Level 3 & Level 2 – Counselling Skills
I also engage in continuous professional development (CPD) in areas including safeguarding, neurodivergence, trauma, trans awareness, gender diversity, suicide awareness, mental health in diverse communities, and much more. Learning never stops, and I am committed to evolving my practice to best support you.
